Is it only for restaurants?
No. Shops, offices, salons, workshops, distributors and service companies use it the same way: expenses, suppliers, debts, revenue and salaries for every location. Restaurants and cafés on SmartPOS also get their sales read in automatically.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TrackDaily is a web app that works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. You get your own secure address and sign in with your account.
Do I need SmartPOS to use it?
No. Expenses, revenue, profit, suppliers, debts and salaries all work on their own. If your restaurant or café also uses SmartPOS, TrackDaily can read its sales directly from it.
Can my manager see my profit?
No. Managers can only add expenses and see today's entries. Revenue, profit, suppliers' debts, salaries and settings are only visible to the owner.
How does it handle supplier debt?
Any expense not paid on the spot becomes debt, split into cash debt and bank debt. When you pay a supplier, the payment can settle several invoices at once, oldest first, and partial payments are tracked until the invoice is closed.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Add as many locations as you run, switch between them in one click, or view all of them together with revenue, costs and margin per location.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are encrypted, every connection uses HTTPS, and each person only sees what their role allows. Your data belongs to you, whether we host it or it runs on your own server. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
